The 43-inch dynamic display screen above the first-phase door of Zhengzhou Line 12 can immediately display the arrival time of the next stop via the PIS system provided by Huaqi Intelligent, and after the station arrives, it can display the relative position of the escalator in the station building as well as the information of the entrance and exit. Simultaneously, the information of car congestion can be displayed synchronously through real-time monitoring of the entire vehicle, so that passengers can intuitively understand the next train and choose the appropriate waiting point.

Drivers can also monitor the video screen to see what is going on inside the car in real time. If there is an emergency inside the car, passengers can use the panic button device to sound an alarm, ensuring citizens' and passengers' smart travel safety.

Furthermore, the Huaqi intelligent PIS system synchronously supports the fully automatic driving technology used by Line 12 trains, which can realise functions such as fully automatic main line operation, automatic dormancy, wake-up, automatic fault diagnosis, and so on, saving labour costs and improving operational efficiency while increasing train safety.

Since Huaqi won the first project in Zhengzhou in 2018, Zhengzhou Line 12 has become Huaqi Intelligent's seventh line to provide solutions for Zhengzhou Metro.
