Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,
Always wondered WHAT the Quran and Sunnah say about us (the youth)? Want to know HOW we are addressed in those two sacred sources? Have questions about WHY we react to conflicts the way we do? But don't know WHERE to learn the best tools to better manage our lives? Scared that WHEN you finally able to learn the tools, it will already be too late to apply it on your lives?
It is our pleasure to inform you of our Youth Program that is coming up this November.
In this MISG's debut event with he Furqaan Institute of Quranic Education
(FIQE), we will learn more
about the Quran and Sunnah's approach on
the contemporary Muslim Youth's issues while looking into practical
steps of coping up with daily interpersonal conflicts faced by us, the
Muslim youths and why it is NEVER too late for us to start now.
Since we are now ready to move on to the promotion phase, it is of our hope that you (or your organization/club) can help us promote the event :). InshaAllah we look forward to have as many participants as possible to benefit from the program.
Come and join us - spread the words! Visit http://fiqe.org/youth for more info.
Jazakumullah Khairan Jaza', may Allah reward you immensely.

Introduction
Islamic history is full with young
role models who carried the torch of light for the next generations.
Some prominent examples are Yusuf (AS), Ali (RA), Musa bin Umar, and
Usama bin Zaid. In their young age they learned what being a Muslim
really meant, and how a combination of good character and profound
belief can help bring changes in the lives of others. What inspire them
to assume the leadership role was their love of Allah and dedication to
His cause. However, as centuries passed, the Muslim youth are now faced
with challenges dealing with the culture and Islam in the west.
Suffering from massive anxiety and confusion, they now are confronted
with issues in dealing with interpersonal conflicts topped with endless
questions on how they can align their everyday lives with the
Islamic teachings. Therefore, it is hoped that this weekend program
will help bring some light into the issues the Muslim youth are facing;
to discuss and redefine their roles in the modern societies and how
they can better deal with the endless issue they face in their everyday
life with guidance from the two sources of Quran and Sunnah.
